• Patio w/two chairs and table in front of your room & a private area with patio furniture at the end of the building next to your room

• Black Out Curtains
• Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, bar sink & drip style coffee pot
• Basic Kitchen Utensils, dinnerware, silverware, grilling tools
• All bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided
• Custom Tiled bathroom with Tub/Shower 
  
• Bath toiletries, kitchen soap and sponge
• A roll of paper towels and toilet paper for your stay is provided

There is a shared common area with two picnic tables, firepit and chairs and two charcoal grills (bring your own firewood and charcoal)
